Exchange Gang Pasta with Shrimp

Keri and the gang, this was one delicious meal. I had some lump crabmeat so I added that as well. The sauce was soooooo good and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. I will make this again for company. Thanks for a terrific dinner!!

Southern Fried Chicken Livers

I love fried chicken livers- i grew up on them, but my husband was hesitant to try them. However, he ended up LOVING them. Followed the recipe to the letter. Thanks so much Cindy, we will be making this again for sure!!!

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

These were great. Im a big fan of artichokes, but my kids hate them, so I made a few without them and they thought they were yummy (my son wants me to make another batch tomorrow). Thanks so much!

Toasted Apple-Pecan Brie Sandwiches

WOW, this was delicious. Per a suggestion on the recipe exchange, I made this into a french toast recipe by making standard french toast and topping it with the pecan, cheese, and pear mixture. I was suprised how wonderful the flavors went together. Thanks so much, will make this often.

Brian's Easy Stuffed Flounder

YUMMMMMMMYYYYY. I havent cooked for SO long, been really busy. This dish reminded me how much I miss cooking every night. I used cod fillets and not a whole flounder. My DH said this was restaurant quality. Very good; ill totally make this again soon. Thanks for the recipe!

Cilantro-Chili Pepper Sauce

Wow, this was impressive. I actaully didnt make this recipe, but my hubby did. I served this on top of pan-fried snapper, and it complemented it very well. I didnt add the soy sauce like suggested. Thanks, I'll (or my husband) be making this often.

California Fusion Peach Salsa

I just made this on the fly (at 9:15pm) because I had all the ingredients on hand (except the seasoning, used a combo of garlic powder and other stuff) and I was hungry. SO delcious, I am making this again tomorrow to bring to a pre-haloween party. Thanks for the recipe, its a real winner.

Hi bestcooker! I made these as soon as you posted them on the recipe exchange so Im reviewing them. They were fabulous and I have made them several times since then because everyone loved them SO much.Didnt deviate from the recipe a bit and they were melt in your mouth delicious. Thanks for the recipe, it will always be a keeper.

Donna's Cheesy Quiche

So delicious! Though the soup I made wasnt too well recieved, everyone LOVED this. It was rich and cheesy, but not overly decadent. I added some broccoli and ham because I needed to use it up. Also use reduced fat cheese but it didnt affect the texture. Will make this for brunch SOON. Thank you!

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Although I think this recipe was a 3 star for me, Im giving it a 4 because I might have messed it up a bit.. not sure. It was pretty salty, a little too much for my husband. However, Im not sure if that was because I used an already made chicken (which was probably heavily seasoned). The chicken base probably added a lot of salt too. I might make again, but make with low sodium ingredients. Thanks for the recipe! My son liked this soup!!

Vegetable Stuffed Cannelloni

YUM. This took a VERY LONG time to make, much longer than the stated time... but maybe Im just slow. I didnt make any changes to the recipe other than using red wine because thats all I had. My kids didnt love it, but still ate it, while me and my husband LOVED it. It was creamy and flavorful. I didnt even have to spice it up alot and normally I have to spice every recipe up TONS because we like things with a kick. Thanks so much, will make this often (for me and the hubs)

YUM. served these with eggplant croquettes. i didnt have mayo (how did that happen!?!) so i used some mayo instead. I added a LOT of chili powder to this as well. perfecto!!

Eggplant Croquettes

These were very good; much better than I thought they could be! I added almost 1/2 cup more breadcrumbs but used the full amount of cheese. I also baked these in a 350 degree oven instead of frying- they were crispy and delicious. Needed a little spice but that is just my taste. The kids ate them too and liked them, so its a keeper for sure. Made with chili mayo sauce. So good together.

Rachel's Tomato Basil Soup

YUMMMMMYYYY!!!! This was one heck of a soup, and SO easy to make. I picked this soup because it used canned tomatoes, and I had several cans to use up. I spiced this up a LOT with garlic powder, onion, powder, and some cayenne. It was really creamy but not heavy. I'll make this again very soon. Went perfect with the sandwich I made.

Cinnamon Rolls III

OH MY GOSH!!! These were to die for! I followed the advice of Deb, and these came out fluffy and delish. It took a long time to make (which is what I wanted- stress reliever) and the flavor and texture were spot on. Thanks SOO much for the recipe, a definite keeper!
