Potato Chowder Soup I
Very thick and cheesey soup. I took the advice of the others and used chicken broth (instead of water). Very easy, quick, and tastey recipe. Thank you for sharing this.

Mexican Corn on the Cob (Elote)
This is really the best corn ever! It took me a while to find the cotja cheese ... you'll find it at a grocery store with a larger selection of fine cheeses. It was so worth it. Amazing flavor, No leftovers here. Absolute must try.
