Chicken Marsala
This chicken is delicious. I added some fresh slicd mushrooms, everyone loves it.

Anisette Cookies I
My family always has this type of cookie at every event -- we call them "Italian Wedding Cookies". People have tried this version and said these were the best they have ever had! I topped them with an icing mixture of powdered sugar, anise extract and milk, and then topped with sprinkles

Chicken Piccata II
This recipe is delicious -- the chicken comes out just right, with the perfect amount of lemom flavor. I pounded the chicken down flat prior to coating, and I added a small can of drained mushrooms when simmering in the boullion, which came out very good!
