Broccoli with Poppy Seed Butter and Parmesan Cheese
I just used regular butter and it was AWESOME. I take it as a potluck dish sometimes and it's a big hit.

Salmon Pasta Salad
I took a risk and made this dish when it had no rating or reviews. We made it for a couple that we were entertaining and it was a big hit. The dressing was very complementary to the salmon. A great chilled dish for those hot summer nights.
