Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
The first time I made this, I used 3/4 cup packed brown sugar. It was yummy, but much too sweet for my taste. Then I made it with light cream cheese (neuchatel cheese) and 1/2 cup of sugar. The end result was absolutely delicious!

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich
I stumbled upon this while looking for a way to use up leftover pork tenderloin, and I'm so glad I did! For an even more authentic flavor, I made my own Cuban rolls from a recipe found on recipezaar. So good!
