Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
Well, I tried this out today and it was great. Mine also took longer to bake (50 minutes). Hubby liked it alot, too because it had just the right sweetness and he even liked the tartness of the filling. I would have prefered it to be less tart and more sweet =). I left out the cinamon-pecan topping as hubby doesn't like cinamon. I might just dust with powdered sugar next time. Thanks for the recipe.

Banana Raisin Cake
I loved this recipe. I only baked it for a little over an hour although I did set my oven timer for 1 1/2 hrs. I stuck a knife in to test for doneness at the 1 hr mark and the knife came out clean but I let it bake for another 10 minutes just to make sure, I don't know. Delicious cake, freezes well. Just warm frozen cake slice in microwave for 30-40 seconds and yumm!

Blueberry Bars
These turned out wonderful for us. My boys enjoyed them alot. I did forget to sprinkle the nutmeg though, and did not use the size of pan required. Used a 9x13 metal pan and we got nice thick bars. A great recipe, will most likely make again.
