Chicken and Mushroom Saute
EXCELLENT!! Double the sauce and use fresh mushrooms. I used chix broth rather than bouillon and water.

Cabbage Patch Stew
Sooooo good! Cabbage came out sweet! I did it on the stovetop because I don't have a crockpot, used diced tomatoes with chilis and mixed it with rice. Was very spicy.

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots
I almost gave it 3 stars since i had to add a lot more chicken broth to make the sauce edible. Way too much wine,! I did add mushrooms which added a lot and added cornstarch. With more broth, less wine it was delicious!
