I used Oreo Crumb Crust and all the filling wouldn't fit in the pie shell so I put the extra in a little dish and tried it after it set up (within an hour) and it was fantastic! I didn't like the yellow-ish colour of the filling because of the egg yolks so I added a drop each of yellow and blue food colouring (out of green) to get the desired mint green shade...it looks amazing!
