I have beautiful son and a wonderful husband, we all live in North Idaho. I like to cook anything really. We make pasties, they're potatoes and meat pocketed in a pastry crust. Very good. I also like to make goulosh with my grandma. I successfully made a meringue last year. I was very proud of myself. The last time I made chicken, my husband called it "sidewalk chicken" because it looked like it had cooked and sat out on a sidewalk all day. It was bad. I had just had a baby so everything was a little off. That's my excuse.
