Linguini with White Clam Sauce

if there were 6 stars I'd give this dish them all! i've made this dozens of times for my family and the inlaws LOTS OF RAVES from ALL...including the kids. Yes i do tell them its chicken. I consistently swap out the milk for a can of skim evaporated...makes it a little sweet and extra creamy tasting

Marinara Sauce

VERY VERY VERY good and very easy. Whole family enjoyed including my four year old. I did have to use dried basil b/c I had no fresh on hand.... we all loved it though. Thx for GREAT recipe

a really good & hearty stew, i did have to cook longer to ensure the vegies were done. like others i added extra flour. this recipe is a keeper, thx for sharing!

Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Burgers

a BIG hit @ our house! Only change I made was I added 1/2 the hot sauce to the mix and the other 1/2 I continued to baste 2 of the 4 burgers with while cooking, for those of us that like it very hot... GREAT RECIPE THANKS!

Big Cheeseburger Pizza

have had as directed & with all ingredients added prior to cooking. Made with ground chicken instead of beef (actually like the chicken better) and grilled on aluminum pizza tin.... YUM!

i will absolutely make again VERY good, i did cut the butter in half, only needed 2/3 of the bread crumbs and added add'l wine. i'm not sure how you can't rate this a 5 it's simple & delish! you just need to know the bread crumbs are for thickening

Grilled Chicken Burgers

REALLY REALLY GOOD! used green pepper b/c thats what i had also added chopped mushrooms... a keeper to be used AGAIN & AGAIN !! Also I first placed burgers on a piece of alum. foil and grilled for approx 2 minutes on each side before placing directly on grates, this eliminated my worry of them falling apart

OUTSTANDING !!! And very simple, slightly time consuming. I used shrimp instead of scallops which shortened the time considerably....WILL ABSOLUTELY MAKE AGAIN!
