WOOO HOOO! Boy did my wife like this! It was raining really hard out last night, so instead of grilling I prepared this inside. I used a whole lemon’s juice and rough ground pepper instead of the lemon-pepper stuff. Also, I simply mixed it into the soy sauce/brown sugar sauce instead of directly to the fish. I placed the fish, with all the sauce, in a Ziploc bag and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours as recommended, turning it every so often. I then took a glass casserole dish and wiped olive oil on the bottom. I placed the filet, skin side down in the dish. I also poured a little extra sauce over the fish. Baked at 450°F for 12 minutes, then broiled for 10, as suggested in another review, it came out perfect! I served this with steamed rice and steamed carrots. Mmmmm.. We’ll be eating this again!
