I am a proud mother of two beautiful boys who are my life. I am a manager at Quiznos, so I could technically be a professional cook. I have been cooking since I was 9 years old and consider myself rather talented in throwing odd ingredients together in a pinch. Stuffed Pasta Shells are my absolute favourite. I believe however that soups are my claim to fame. I come from an old Polish family, so I try not to use electric mixers or anything like that. If I need to mix things (like a meatloaf or stuffing) I use nothing but my hands. It takes longer but I think the added attention makes things taste better. Not trying to sound full of myself or anything, but almost everything I make is a triumph. There was one recipe I got from this site (I don't remember what it was called). My family agreed that it sounded really good, but when it was done, no one would eat it. It was absolutely horrible.
