Cream Cheese Penguins
SO time consuming! Make sure you're a pro-piper before attempting, as the first 7 or 8 I made were just a mess of cream cheese and olives. They were so cute, people didn't actually want to eat them. Oops. :)

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken
Was not a huge hit. The chicken was tender, but I might leave out the spinach if I make this again.

Cashew Chicken Wraps
Good, but a little too salty. Will try adding less sauce next time for a lighter taste.
