Sugar Cookie Icing
Excellent flavor icing. I had to use a little more corn syrup for better consistency.

Cut-Out Cookies Made with Oat Flour
By far the best tasting, easiest-to-roll-out dough I have ever made. I will use this recipe for years to come!

Fabulous Fruit Salad
I made this for a church function and it was a big hit. One woman begged me for the recipe and actually started "stealing" the leftovers in small Dixie cups!
