What a hit! This is by far the best bean salad I've ever made. The dressing is fabulous (although I did cut the oil and vinegar in half). The only other slight change I made was used 1 tsp of cayenne pepper instead of the tabasco and chili powder. It gives the dressing an extra kick. This is very healthy and delicious - you have to try it!!

Baked Ziti I

If you make this ziti, be prepared to share the recipe with everyone you serve it to! This is perfect to make for large gatherings and parties. You can make it ahead of time and then pop it in the oven when guests arrive. This is an absolutely a fabulous dish!

Company Couscous

What a great way to make couscous! My husband hasn't been a fan in the past, but he loved this recipe. Very tasty, yet very healthy too! The balsamic vinegar adds a nice extra flavor (I used more than the recipe called for since I love it).

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

I made this for my Irish husband on St. Patrick's Day, and it was a HUGE hit. He's hoping we don'thave to wait until next St. Patrick's Day to have it again! This recipe is so simple and easy to make, yet it tastes like something fresh out of an awesome bakery. Thanks for sharing!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

I LOVE this recipe! I've made it numerous times, and each time it turns out great. If I'm in a hurry, I skip the chicken and just make the sauce and serve it over penne. I've made this for guests many times, and each time it gets rave reviews!!

Greek Penne and Chicken

This is SO good! It has such a wonderful taste. It's great hot as well as cold as leftovers. I used extra tomatoes, but other than that wouldn't change a thing.

Angel's Pasta

I thought this was really good. I made a couple of tweaks... I also added some red pepper flakes with the garlic, and then added mushrooms with the zucchini. Instead of mozzarella cheese, I topped with parmesan. This is a very colorful dish and tastes great!

Hot Bruschetta Dip

This is a very elegant and tasty appetizer. I used a wedge of brie and didn't take the top rind off and it turned out great. I served it with water crackers and everyone raved about it. I'll definitely make this again!
