Awesome! I used an extra large cupcake pan b/c they do rise, but otherwise the recipe is PERFECT the way it is!!! They re-heat so well – YUM!

Yes I know this is my recipe, but I just wanted to add that if you like your mac & cheese “super cheesy” add extra shredded cheese or even use cheese flavored potato chips!

Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein

Super quick & easy & cheap! You mix any kind of meat instead of tofu if you like & throw in whatever veggies you have on hand. Yum!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

This was my 1st time ever making a meatloaf (my fam is not much of a meatloaf fan) & it was wonderful!!! It couldn’t be more moist & flavorful! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added about ¼ cup more cheese. Next time I think I will add a bit more crackers as well. FABULOUS!!!

Chicken Julienne

This is THE BEST chicken I have ever made!!! I used 2 chicken breasts, added a bit more parmesan, a pinch of rosemary, & come minced garlic. Cooked at 375 for about 45+ min & served with white rice. Absolutely FABULOUS!!!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This is the easiest dish to make! And delicious too! I added 2T of sugar to the mix (cuz my family likes sweet cornbread). It definitely takes longer than 45 min to bake, but it turned out great!

My grandmother used to make this for me when I was a little girl & I have been searching for this recipe for ages! It was very good! I did not dredge the patties in flour before dipping them in egg. Turned out fabulous!

Tomato and Bacon Pasta Bake

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Super easy to make & delicious! I used garlic powder rather than garlic salt (& I added a bit more) and I also used chili beans instead of kidney beans. Mixed it all together & threw it in the crock pot! Fabulous!

Chicken Pot Pie IV

This was very easy to make. This was my very 1st time attempting to make a pot pie, & it turned out great! I just used chicken, corn, & potatoes (my significant other is fussy when it comes to veggies) and it tasted great. I did put aluminum foil around the edges so they didn't get too done. Overall, very good!
