Breakfast Pies
Awesome! I used an extra large cupcake pan b/c they do rise, but otherwise the recipe is PERFECT the way it is!!! They re-heat so well – YUM!

Baked Sesame Chicken
This turned out very good! I added a bit of minced garlic & a few extra sesame seeds (we love ‘em!). Yum!

Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein
Super quick & easy & cheap! You mix any kind of meat instead of tofu if you like & throw in whatever veggies you have on hand. Yum!
