Black Bean and Couscous Salad
This was excellent! I also doubled the dressing and added Feta cheese. I had many requests for the recipe.

Caramelized Baked Chicken
This was very good! I used bonless, skinless thighs, and it turned out very well, the flavor was great.

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder
I added another can of clams, undrained, and also added 1 lb of frozen O'Brien potatoes. It was excellent! The whole family loved it, I will definetly be making it again!
