I was looking for a chipotle dip for sweet potato fries like I've had in restaurants, and this was just like it.I just omitted the lime juice and used tobassco chipotle sauce in place of powder(as powder was very pricey)and it was perfect!

I decided to try this recipe when I didn't have my usuall Kraft macaroni salad to go with a bbq I was having with some relatives,and it was a hit.Everyone wanted the recipe.My boyfriend even liked it,and he is very fussy about what he eats.I also passed it on to a couple friends and they've had others ask for the recipe.The only changes I made was to omit the onions and I sometimes use green peppers instead of red or I might put a little of both in.
