Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy
Very good cookies, I added raisins to half to try out a chocolate/raisin cookie. Next time I will add some cinnamon because the cookie itself is kind of blah.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Very good! I used Shake and Bake for the bread crumbs and it turned out well. I served it for dinner when my dad came over and he loved it! My husband wants me to make it again.
