Honey-Pecan Chicken Breasts

Made these for dinner this evening and hubby and I really enjoyed them. I didn't have pecans on hand, so I chopped up a handful of almonds. This was delish! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This was delicious! I marinated chicken breasts in the mixture (I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil)and just threw the whole breasts on the grill. I didn't baste or anything. The marinade seemed to lock in the juices and the end result was juicy, flavorful chicken breasts. Thanks, Ann Marie,for sharing a great recipe which my family will enjoy for many meals to come!

Avocado Dip II

This really is quick, easy and delicious. The first time I made it, it was rather runny. So, the second time, I strained the salsa ( I use the fresh kind sold in the supermarket)and the consistency was pefect. Everyone was asking for the recipe.Thanks for sharing!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

WOW! These were great.This was my first attempt at making scones and I can't believe how easy it was. I used my food processor to cut in the butter. I added 1/2 teaspoon almond extract and substituted cranraisins for the raisins.Because the picture shows some icing, I drizzled some icing on the finished product(after they cooled down. Next time I'll cut the wedges into smaller pieces and bake in batches, as they spread more than I anticipated. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

These are the BEST oatmeal raisin cookies I have ever tasted. Most oatmeal cookies are too sweet, but these are perfect. Crisp, yet chewy. Very flavorful. Can't wait to try this recipe with Cranraisins. Thanks so much for sharing!

Tomato Pepper Steak

First let me say I have NEVER been a fan of Pepper Steak. I reluctantly tried this recipe and all I can say is "WOW". The meat was tender and had the best flavor ever. I didn't change one thing. Chilled Lemonade Dessert

This was pretty good. I used regular cream cheese as that's what I had on hand. I tried a lemonade dessert years ago that I fell in love with, and have not been able to find any recipe that matches it. But, this was definately good and I will make it again.

Grandmother's Famous Cranberry Bread

This is a very tasty, moist bread. I used dried cranraisins in place of the regular raisins. Next time I will decrease the amount of cranraisins to 1 1/2 cup, as I thought a total of 3 cups was way too much.

Raw Vegetable Salad
