I would definitely use less oil next time. It was much better after it sits for about 4 hours. I actually used garbanzo beans in place of white beans because it was all I had. But when I have all the other ingredients on hand - I know I'll make it again.

I thought this was just ok. I think you need to pound the chicken down as small as possible - otherwise it's just too much chicken.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

This is great basic recipe. Instead of the garlic listed, I added 7 cloves of fresh garlic and did the whole thing in the food processor with a little fresh basil as well.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Followed the recipe exactly for the muffins. I didn't have enough cinnamon - so I only made half the amount of topping - still not quite enough cinnamon - so I added a splash of vanilla to it and they still turned out great!
