Blueberry Crisp II
this is by far my new favorite dessert recipe. i only used 3 cups of berries and it was delish! i could eat the crumb topping all by itself!!!!

Italian Potato Salad
I agree, this is very similar to a german potato salad. I didnt have any oregano so I substituted fresh rosemary instead. The EVOO makes it much nicer than the usual mayo based p.salads! It turned out great and was a nice compliment to my italian feast!
