Banana Banana Bread

Just took this little baby out of the oven, this recipe is a keeper. Used whole wheat flour instead of white flour and olive oil instead of butter. Used left over topping made of almonds, brown sugar and oatmeal from a sweet potato muffin recipe from this site. Delicious!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Wow! Made this recipe exactly as written and it was devoured in 1 hour! Made it again that same day and doubled the recipe, this time it was completely gone in 3 hours. Thanks my family absolutely love it!

Basic Pasta

I made this recipe tonight for dinnner and used my pasta machine. It worked out great. Served with a pork butt cooked in the crock pot with marinara sauce. I hardly ever get compliments from my husband and he said it wast excellent :0 :)!!

Warm Black Bean Dip

This is a greater starter recipe with many options. i made this last night for my daughter to take to a party. First I doubled the recipe, then I added some leftover bolonase sauce instead of the sundried tomatoes and some mango/peach salsa. Turned out great - I know this because 1/2 was gone before she took it, so glad I doubled the recipe.

Italian Rice Balls

These were great. I used seasoned breadcrumbs and fried in olive oil. Mixed a small amount of thawed frozen baby peas to the rice and served with homemade marinara sauce. Thank you for sharing this recipe :)

Pumpkin Crumb Cake

This is a very tasty cake and my husband really enjoyed it. However, next time I will decrease the amount of sugar in the topping and decrease the butter in the crust (my own personal taste). I used the spring-form pan as suggested and it was picture perfect.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

This soup is awesome! Very easy to make and tastes delicious, reminds me of the soup my daughter slways orders at Friday's. I chopped the onions and the cheese in my food processor as well as a quick chop to the broccoli. This made it super easy and fast.

Cheesy Polenta

I never had luck with polenta recipes before this one. I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. Served with Coq au Vin alla Itaiana recipe from Allrecipes and Green Beans with Walnuts. That was an incredible dinner! Thank you for sharing!
