Turkey-Lentil Chili
This was great and really easy to make. My husband even went for a second helping! The only variation I made was, I didn't have ground turkey, so I just shredded a turkey breast and used that instead. It turned out great. I will make this recipe again and pass it on to friends.

Mediterranean Barley Salad
This is great! I took the hint from MrsBoumendil and added pine nuts. Delicious. It doesn't say in the recipe if sun dried tomatoes in oil are used or just the dried one. I used just the plain dried ones (much less calories) and it worked out perfectly. Can't wait to eat some more. Yummy!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
I followed the recipe exactly for these, but found them to be a little bland. There seemed to be something missing for my taste. There was some left over at our Christmas Eve Party and I will look for a different recipe next time.
