I started learning to cook in college. With 3 male room mates it was a matter of going broke on take out and fast food, food poisoning, or a long line of t.v. dinners.
This has helped me throughout my life. As a bachelor and as a husband. I do all of the cooking, mostly because my wife doesn't like to cook and because I usually am home earlier than my wife.
I spent 28 years in one way or the other with the U.S. Army. I have been exposed to several cultures and their cooking styles.

I love Korean, Chinese, Italian and BBQ.
