Cranberry Orange Loaf
A perfect mix of sweet and tangy, this bread is a definite hit! I have come to crave it, especially during winter months. I used fresh cranberries, and would suggest chopping them before putting them in the batter (they taste better mingled in with the taste of the bread, rather than getting a bite full of cranberry).

Pittsburgh Potatoes
I was impressed with these -- I'm not normally a fan of Velveeta because it is processed, but I can see a use for it if it turns out creamy, cheesy cooking like this recipe! I added some bacon to this recipe to give a little bit of extra flavor to it. My boyfriend raved and said this tasted like his grandmother's macaroni and cheese -- definitely a high compliment!

Colcannon
Delightfully simple and tasty -- I used kale instead of cabbage for more flavor. Took this to a work luncheon for St. Patrick's Day and it was a hit! I'll definitely be making it again with extra kale.
