Country Apple Cobbler
It doesn't get any better than this!! I've never tasted anything so absolutely delicious before... I think, if I were about to perish, I would request this as my last dish because it is heaven!! I used gala apples (I think) and a mexican cheese mixture I had in the fridge. The only thing I didn't particularly care for were the nuts, I think they would give a better texture if they were finely chopped. BTW, cheddar cheese seemed like a strange thing to put on apple cobbler, and the dough did not look that promising when I topped the cobbler, but it is completely and totally worth it. A dense, flavorful, complementary topping for the wonderful apple goodness below. If you think apple pie is delish, this will blow you away!!

Peanut Butter Bars I
These were definitely yummy, and addicting, but they are super rich and greasy... I think maybe removing some of the butter from the peanut butter mixture would help? These bars did not hold up after being cut into squares -- they fell apart in my hands and made my hands extra oily... Definitely delicious though! Also, if you're hoping for a smoother chocolate topping, this one gets hard as a rock after cooling, which I guess would be expected. I think it would be better with less greasy peanut butter layer and softer chocolate layer.

Yakitori Marinade
This had a really good flavor... BUT I would not recommend using it on chicken wings. I think the flavors of this marinade would be best for beef or pork -- I marinated wings in this for about half a day, and the skin on the wings was more like rubber when the wings were cooked. I don't think the flavors melded well with the poultry.. I will definitely be trying this again with pork or beef, but never chicken again!
