Chile Verde II

I like the flavors of this chile verde. The consistency of the chile is to watery, I would like for the sauce to be a bit thicker.

Caramel Apple Salad

I substituted the salted peanuts for chopped walnuts. I would say this is more of a dessert than salad, everyone had seconds. I loved how its not overly sweet.
