About this Cook
I started cooking ever since I got married and I love it. I knew I would like being in the kitchen since I was a little girl, but me and my mom would not get along in the kitchen. She likes to follow the rules for preparing meals, as for me I liked playing with food and always trying to create something different. Now that I have my own kitchen everybody is welcome to cook there, theres my wonderful husband boiling beans to perfection to my 6 month old baby girl trying a new Gerber baby food.

Pineapple Zucchini Bread
Try adding 2 tablespoons of raw shell less sunflower seeds instead of walnuts, it gives the bread a unique flavor. Don't get me wrong the walnuts are delicious also.

Chile Verde II
I like the flavors of this chile verde. The consistency of the chile is to watery, I would like for the sauce to be a bit thicker.
