Chicken Tetrazzini IV
I loved this recipe.I did have to make some adjustments. I only use half the noodles if I am using this recipe. If I am cooking and using the entire package of noodles, I double the sauce. I found it to be too dry the 1st time I tried it without doubling the sauce. I also added thinly sliced celery to this recipe because my daughter and I love celery in our tetrazzini. I sauteed the mushrooms and celery with a tbsp. of real butter and a tbsp. of cooking sherry for about 2-3 minutes. I will be using this recipe for years to come. Was very good!!
