Emma's Belgian Waffles
These are really unbelievable, the best belgian waffles I've ever eaten. However I did use half milk, half buttermilk (or use all milk but add 2-4 tbsp powdered buttermilk). They have so much flavor! Other delicious tweaks are: add mini chocolate chips (seriously, do I have to tell you that that would be good?) or a mashed-up banana or two.

Taco Seasoning I
Believe all the hype. This is an excellent taco seasoning mix. I quadruple it (at least) and save the rest in a jar so there is always some on hand. Saute up an onion in oil first, and then add a can of tomato paste (to 20 oz of ground turkey, in my case) and discover the best homemade tacos you've ever eaten!

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake
A great gluten-free cake. I did find the Thai rice flour as suggested, and I also tried the chocolate version of this recipe. Both were delicious and my "taste testers" were not able to detect that the cakes were gluten-free. I would mention that the yellow cake is a little bland but that's what cake filling and a good, quality icing are for!!
