I only gave this recipe four stars because I did modify it after reading other reviews. I used mini shells instead of macaroni, I cooked them while I was preparing other ingredients. I used cream of mushroom soup instead of using cream of chicken + mushrooms. I also added a little chicken gravy, and a lot of garlic and onion powder. I was really surprised how good it came out. My picky 19 month old picked out all the noodles! (she doesn't like meat too much).

Pretty good, I just cooked it a little to long and it got burnt!
