Banana Crumb Muffins

I love this recipe. I didn't change anything on purpose but did add too much butter. I lost focus and cut too much off the stick. LOL...but it still turned out wonderful. We love them.

My DH said they were not sweet enough but I did leave off the sugar on top. I thought they were more like an oatmeal bisquit than a cookie. But so many people liked these so maybe I am just not used to homemade cookie texture.

Crackle Top Molasses Cookies

I forgot and used SF flour. I added just a touch of salt and the soda so I thought I was goiing to have cookies that would never see the light of day. But to my surprise, they turned out really good. They are nice and crispy, not chewy but I love them. They are a perfect cookie in my book. I make try them with plain flour but when I want a crispy cookie this will be it. Thanks.

No Bake Cookies I

I didn't have but 1 & 1/2 cup of oatmeal but decided to try it anyway and just substitute some leftover Capt Crunch, peanut butter ceral. wow. It was even better with the cereal. That is all I changed. I lvoe the original but this recipe is so versatile. I timed it exactly by putting a cup of water in the micro on 1 & 1/2 minutues and when it went off, my cookies were done.
