Beer Batter for Fish
I can't believe how easy this recipe is! Only thing I did diffrent was sub 1/2 cup of beer for the milk and it was amazing. 5 stars, I would give it 10 if I could.

Kielbasa and Cabbage
WOW! This was awesome! My husband died and went to heaven, and then got seconds. He's been asking for it ever since. I added some potatoes but other then that its perfect. Simple comfort food on a chilly night, doesn't get much better then this. You've gotta try it.

Oven Fried Chicken II
First time I've made 'Fried' Chicken & it was to die for! So juicy & falling off the bone good. My husband and I served it with green beans and mashed potatoes. If your looking for a way to use chicken thighs and feed a family on the cheap, this is perfect for you! Thx for sharing.
