Grilled Radishes

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
I was hesistant at first to try this, so only used a few radishes and adjusted the butter and garlic arccordingly, but still used a whole ice cube. Turned out FANTASTIC!! Neat way to use them. They almost have bit of a baconie taste :) Who doesn't like bacon

Best Green Beans

Real good recipe. I did add some diced onions at the same time I added the mushrooms and garlic. Soy Sauce gives it a very distinct flavor. I'll make this one again!

Pumpkin Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
This chili turned out pretty good! I followed the advise of other reviewers and used a full 15 oz can of pumpkin and I also used turkey meat instead of beef. I chopped up a couple of jalepeno peppers and only used about 30 oz of tomatoe juice. Doubled the amount of pumpkin spice and also added a couple teaspoons of cummin. Don't forget to use SALT!!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Really is the BEST!! I've made it 3 times at 3 different parties and I always come home with an empty platter! Did try to make it once using French Onion Soup Mix - DON'T - Use only Leek Soup Mix, really makes the dip!! My name says it all and I will make this again!!

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
What a GREAT recipe! Reminds me of rice krispy treats, but without all the butter guilt! I did up the recipe to 2/3 cup of raisin, brn sugar, pb, and syrup as suggested by other reviewers to give it that sweet taste. I also added a couple table spoons full of wheat germ for some added nutrients. My niece and nephews LOVED it! My name says it all and I will be making these again!!

Pizza Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2007
This recipe was easy and had a great "crust"! I used ground turkey and added some onions to the mix. Also used 2 cups of that pizza blend cheese from Kroger instead of the cheeses listed. I might add some more sauce next time.

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
This a good easy recipe! I did add a pound of ground turkey in with the mix. Also, didn't have any fried onions so I just chopped up a fresh onion and cooked it when I browned the meat. Added a second cup of cheese on top of it towards the end of the baking time. Tater tots were crunchy and mmm mmm good!
