Keilbasa is one of my favorite foods, but sadly I found this recipe to be only "so-so"...this may be because I added too much brown sugar? A visiting friend who doesn't care for keilbasa absolutely LOVED it however. It was very sweet, but didn't have much going on besides that. I feel like it needed some kind of bite, maybe a diced onion or pepper? I think I'm going to play with the recipe and try again.

As seems to be popular, I'd say this recipe was "just ok". The broccolli and the bacon flavors really didn't stick out much at all. I feel like it's missing some kind of zest. I might experiement with it. At the very least however, this is a decent meal to make when your fridge is getting empty. :P

These are pretty good, a fudgy and chewy cheesecake bite. However I found the batter at the bottom didn't quite bake through, and once refrigerated the whole thing got the consistency of an actual cheesecake. I'm not sure if this is good or bad, but I think I would try using a shallower pan next time.
