Thanks for sharing, Cindy. This was delicious. My family absolutely loved it. I did use about 3 green onions instead of the small onion and I used fat free half and half. My sauce was thin so I added the flour mixture and it thickened up nicely.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Wow! This is going in my GOLD recipe book! I didn't know pancakes could be so yummy. I did add about a T. of vanilla and two more T. of sugar. We like our pancakes a little sweeter with less syrup.

Seven-Minute Pudding

This pudding was wonderful! I did substitute 1 c. evaporated milk and 1 c. water for the 2 c. milk though. I was looking for something quick to throw a banana pie together with. It was ready in an instant and cooked up perfectly. I can't comment on the pie yet because it is still chilling but I did lick the pudding bowl clean and it was yummy!!
