The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
The cookie tasted wonderful, but after it was cooked it was easily broken which made it difficult to frost. I made it into large shapes and they were a good thickness maybe 1/4 inch? As soon as I started to frost they would snap in half. Very frustrating. I'm still looking for a good recipe!
