Chicken Pasta II
So easy and so good! Most ingredients I already had on hand, except the wine. I repaced it with sherry and it still came out delicious. I also used 5 roma tomatoes and added some fresh minced garlic in with the chicken. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Oh, I also used 1 T. Ital seasoning instead of 1 t. I'm from the south and used to extra seasoning! Will be made again and again!

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini
This recipe is AWESOME! I've made it several times exactly as stated b/c it doesn't need any tweaking. The last time I made it, I forgot to buy a jalapeno. I had some jarred ones on hand and they worked just as well. Otherwise, don't change a thing b/c this recipe is excellent!

Greek Pasta Salad I
This recipe is delicious! I didn't have enough oregano so I used maybe half the amount, I also only had garlic salt so I minced about 5 cloves fresh garlic. And I also had some fresh basil leaves from another recipe and used that. It came out great and there wasn't even a bite left!
