Quick and Easy Monkey Bread
I think this recipe would be better if I followed the directions. I thought it would turn out better to dip the rolls into melted butter, then dip into the pudding/cinnamon/sugar mixture so that is what I did. I had some extra sugar mixture left over so I poured that on top of the rolls and then added more melted better to the top. When it came out of the oven some parts were hard/overcooked and some were nice and gooey. The syrup that formed between each piece was not too my liking- a bit gummy. Next time I will try this recipe using biscuit dough and scrap the pudding mix.

No Melt Sundae Pie
Really delicious, but I would suggest a few modifications. 1st- buy a pre made oreo cookie crust. Don't bother crushing the cookies to make a crust. 2nd- Watch the chocolate sauce while heating on the stove. Mine got really thick (not sure if that was normal) but it was hard to "marble into" to pudding, so I just spread it on top, like a fudge sauce!

Deep Dish Brownies
Wow! These were so decadent. I followed the recommendations of using only 2 eggs and 1/4 tsp of baking powder. I also added a little over a cup of c chips to the batter. Once out of the oven, I added a few more c chips and it was oh so good! Next time I might try using a touch less sugar. great recipe though.
