White Bean Chicken Chili
I made this for a Staff Luncheon at school. Everyone really enjoyed it.

Baked Ziti I
My middle school culinary class served this to 75 people. What a hit! 3 weeks later people are still commenting on how good it was. The only thing I did differently was mix half ricotta with the sour cream.
