Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
Pretty good. I even made a gluten free batch for my husband. Definitely a zucchini recipe and not at all like crab. I put 1.5x's the old bay instead of doubling and I'm glad because it was a bit salty with that much. I added fresh pepper and think the flavor is good. Not sure how to get them more 'firm' in the center. They were crispy on the outside but pretty soggy on the inside, even after draining the zuch.
