Banana Crumb Muffins

I surprised my girlfriend one morning and I made her some muffins before she went to work, as I had worked a night shifted at the pizza place. She works as a nurse and was able to take the extra muffins to work to share. I was able to make some fans with some nurses that day, because they loved them. I also used oil instead of butter and they turned out great.

Smoked Asparagus

I tried this and I have to say that it didn't come out good at all. It was probably my fault in some way, for I haven't smoked any vegetables before, only meat. I thought I followed everything to a T but the result was asparagus that not many people really wanted to eat. Sorry, as I said it was probably my fault.

Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

These were good, but I thought it was just a little too much sausage. I know, I know it's "super sausage" mushrooms, but I just thought they would be better balanced with less. I didn't mind the amount of spinach, so I could be wrong.

Blackberry-Chocolate Chip Pie

I tried this recipe because I went blackberry picking with my girlfriend and another friend. It came out great and we all liked how the chocolate chips took away some of the tartness of the berries. Now my girlfriend is taking the recipe home to make it for her family.
