I made this with some squash that I picked from the garden, which is exciting for me, since it's my first garden. Both my girlfriend and I thought this was excellent!

I surprised my girlfriend one morning and I made her some muffins before she went to work, as I had worked a night shifted at the pizza place. She works as a nurse and was able to take the extra muffins to work to share. I was able to make some fans with some nurses that day, because they loved them. I also used oil instead of butter and they turned out great.
