Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli
This is a very good and very easy weeknight recipe. Definitey use fresh parmesan - we also had some on the side to add when serving. Only change we did was to add halved cherry tomatoes at the very end when you are tossing everything together - about 3/4 pint worth. Added color and a nice acidity. Would make this again for an every day meal - lots of leftovers too! YUM!
