This is the best key lime pie I've ever had. It was delicious and not congealed like other key lime pie recipes. It was light and creamy. I used 8 ounces of whipped topping. I think that's what the person who submitted this meant to post. I also used grinded rind from one lime and garnished the pie with lime slices.

Premium Tres Leches Cake

I really like this recipe. I like that it uses a cake mix for two reasons: 1. I love the taste of yellow cake mix 2. It's so much easier to make. I added extra milk so it was more moist, and I made the whipping cream from scratch. I also like to add flavor to the whipping cream (i.e. jello strawberry mix, etc.).

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

This was really delicious! Next time I will use a spring form pan so it comes out easier. The taste was great. I served it with fresh berries.

DELICIOUS!! So crumbly and good! Not too sweet either, but sweet enough because they're cookies. I will be making this recipe a lot!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Very creamy and yummy. You can't go wrong with both pesto and parmesean cheese. When I make it again I may use half and half instead of heavy cream, but I feel the shrimp makes it a bit lighter, so it's not all bad.

One Bowl Chocolate Fudge

This is really great for what it is. It's super easy to make and tastes quite delicious. I give it 4 stars because it's not quite as good as other more work intensive types of fudge.

Apple Crumb Pie

This is a delicious recipe. I like it because it has relatively few ingredients. My trick: cut the apples into tiny slivers. It makes the pie more moist, juicy, and tender, and more fully coats each apple slice.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

I absolutely love peanut sauce and this sauce was amazing! We also used pork tenderloin instead of pork chops, and it was delicious! My fiance loved it and wants me to cook it frequently. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe.

Indian Chicken Curry II

I eat Indian food all of the time, and I did not think this recipe was that great. It was sour and didn't have that great taste that curry usually has...and I followed the recipe.
