Sweet and Sour Meatballs II
I-LOVED-THIS! We had this recipe yesterday for dinner and I feel like having it today too. I did everything as written EXCEPT for the cider vinegar. I did not have any, so I used white vinegar instead, ONLY 1 TBS. That's all you need trust me, if you put more, ur recipe will be ruined just like other reviewers have said.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
Yummi! This was amazingly good. I used shrimps instead of chicken. I omitted the mushrooms as well as the lemon pepper. For the sauce, I used half sour cream, half light cream. After I was done with the sauce, I felt it needed more flavor which is why I added more cajun in the sace, parmesan, cayenne and definitely nutmeg. Next time, i'll try making it with chicken. Thanks a lot for this recipe.

Curried Coconut Chicken
This recipe is REALLY REALLY good! The flavors all together are amazing. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. I did feel that it lacked flavor which is why I added a little bit of cayenne which made it perfect! Thanks a lot for this recipe.
