This is a really good basic muffin recipe. I read some of the reviews so I increased my milk to 1 cup, added 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 T of vanilla. They were moist and delicious. I saw some people had a problem with the muffins sticking so I gave my non-stick pan a light coating of cooking spray and had no trouble at all. I also added a pinch of brown sugar and a couple of chocolate chips to the top of the muffins during the last 5 mn. of baking time. They looked as well as tasted great!

The recipe was great! I didn't change a thing. I've made it twice now, once hamburger buns and once to use for cheddar brats. Both times it turned out wonderful. They are on the dense side, but that just reminds me of when my Grandma used to make home made bread. This is the only bun recipe I will use from now on!

Yum! This was so easy and so delicious. I needed 3 deserts for a party and this was just perfect. I made one following the recipe and changed the ice cream flavor for the other two. This is the only desert I'm going to "bake" this summer!
