Marinated Venison Steaks
This is an INCREDIBLE recipe!! I love it and after trying it on deer meat and having a GREAT success I used it on a beef roast in the slow cooker. This is my husbands favourite marinade right now.

Wilma's Fish Casserole
I liked this recipe, I think that it would be really good for people who don't like the tase of fish. I used cheese flavoured ritz crackers on top, my husband liked it but said it wasn't his favourite, he would have rather you could taste the flavour of the fish more.

Summa Borscht
my family makes it with mennonite farmer sausage (pork) and beet leaves added my grandmother made it with buttermilk, but my mother made it with sourcream I must say i much prefer the sourcream version.
