I love to bake!! and I guess I get my baking talent from my Gram. She use to make all the wedding and party cakes for everyone in the family. There's not a dessert out there that I won't try to make. I also love to sew. I usually don't sew from patterns. I just look at something and can make it. Baking and sewing is my way of taking the stress out of a day baking desserts would be the top of my list. I also love making a sloppy lasagna or coming up with new things to do with left over chicken and whatever I can find in the pantry making fried eggplant and meatballs and sauce with my mom is one of the best times ever in the kitchen. one of my greatest accomplishments has to be putting together a party for 75 without using a caterer I thought I'd try to make a turkey meatloaf. Well my husband and brother who eat anything I make couldn't even be polite about eating it so we wound up ordering pizzas that night! Needless to say I've never made it again!
